Refund policy
Returns are accepted only if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, and the original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase are provided. Items that show signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.
For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, custom-made or personalised items, clearance or sale items, promotional items (unless defective), and items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are non-returnable and non-refundable.
To initiate a return, customers must contact us via [email/WhatsApp/DM] within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide the order number along with clear photos or videos of the issue. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method. Delivery fees are non-refundable except in cases of error on our part.
Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items and are subject to product availability. If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable delivery service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped, and customers are advised to confirm all order details before payment.
